RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase.

Please email quoting your order number before returning any item

If you wish to return an item from the “SHOP” you may do so up to 14 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs) or exchange, as long as it’s returned in its original condition and packaging

Goods must be unworn, with tags and hygiene strips attached

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

Any item that is damaged/ or is not in its original condition

Any item that the tags, hygiene stickers, or labels have been removed and have been worn /soiled

After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges immediately however during busy times it may take a few days. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be credited.

Goods should be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We also advise that you return items by recorded delivery to avoid any loss in the post

Exchanges are sent out free of charge ( UK only )

DO NOT DRY IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT

RINSE IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING IN SALT WATER, CHLORINE POOLS AND IN CONTACT WITH SUN CREAM OR OILS

 

PRODUCTION TIMES 

We aim to take 2-3 working days for ready-to-wear pieces from the SHOP and 2-3 WEEKS for the production of the CUSTOM items, as they are individually cut out and sewn to order with absolute love and care

We will email you if there are any delays

If you need your goods quicker please do ask as we can try to push your order through quicker

 

DISCLAIMER FOR CUSTOM ITEMS 

Any items that are purchased through the CUSTOM DESIGN section will be charged at the CUSTOM price, please check that your item is not available in our ready-to-wear range before purchase as no refunds will be given.

Depending on where fabrics have been cut, there may be slight differences in appearance for example, if you choose a pattern, the exact part of that print might not be in the same place as the design tool shows.

Please ask for a swatch or advice as colours can show differently on the screen.

Items are non refundable unless faulty
